End-to-End Project Delivery
GWT handles every stage of a water or wastewater treatment project under a single contract. Design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning are all managed in-house. Clients receive a fully operational system without the complexity of coordinating multiple contractors or managing separate work scopes.

What Turnkey Delivery Covers
Consultancy and FEED Project scope begins with a thorough assessment of source water quality, site conditions, flow requirements, and treatment objectives. Front-End Engineering Design establishes the technical foundation before any procurement or fabrication begins.
Engineering and Design GWT’s in-house engineering team develops full process design, equipment specifications, civil and structural drawings, electrical schematics, and instrumentation and control layouts. All designs comply with applicable regional and international standards.
Procurement Equipment and materials are sourced and procured against verified specifications. GWT manages supplier qualification, lead times, and quality verification to keep the project on schedule and within scope.
Fabrication and Manufacturing Systems are fabricated and assembled at GWT’s facility under controlled conditions. All units undergo Factory Acceptance Testing before delivery to site, confirming performance against design parameters prior to installation.
Installation and Civil Works GWT manages on-site installation including civil foundations, mechanical assembly, pipework, electrical connections, and instrumentation. Works are carried out to applicable safety and quality standards throughout.
Commissioning and Handover System commissioning covers startup, performance verification, and fine-tuning against design targets. Operator training is provided before formal handover, ensuring the client’s team is equipped to run the system from day one.
